Coating section: It is the core part of the whole unit. Usually, the two-coating and two-baking process is used to coat both sides at the same time, that is, primer (primary coating) → baking and curing → cooling → topcoat (finish coating) → Bake and solidify → cool. Depending on the requirements of the product, it can also be used for one coating and one baking or only one side. When painting, it can be applied in reverse or along the roller. The furnace temperature is controlled in sections, and the temperature of each section depends on the type of coating used, the thickness of the bottom plate and the time passing through the oven.
Exit section: the product is divided into rolls (or cut into single sheets according to the required size).
